  • Case Study: Creating Conference Delight

    In 2022, HubSpot hosted thousands at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center for INBOUND - an annual industry event for marketing & sales professionals. The Danger Booth was brought in to set up in the main expo area to offer fun, high-quality, headshots to conference goers. Over the course of three days, The Danger Booth captured over 9,000 images across two headshot lounge set-ups. Each day utilized two uniquely colored backdrops aligned to the event branding, six in total, which created a “collect ‘em all” buzz with some attendees coming back each day for more.

  • Case Study: Collecting Trade Show Leads

    Dr. First contracted with The Danger Booth for their trade show booth at ViVE; a curated event experience focusing on the business of healthcare systems, hosted at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The goal was to create an enticing experience that would leave attendees excited to participate, but not before first scanning their badge for lead collection. Over the course of three days, The Danger Booth helped Dr. First capture over 430 unique badge scans in their branded headshot lounge and ViVE attendees were delighted to receive a new professional headshot.

  • Case Study: Refreshing Employee Headshots

    The Danger Booth worked with a subsidiary of IBM to refresh their employee headshots by setting up our headshot lounge at their strategy meeting in downtown Austin, TX. After 2 days of employees zipping into the lounge between sessions, over 300 individuals had refreshed their professional headshots. What’s more? The strategy meeting corresponded with the company announcing a rebrand, and The Danger Booth was there to provide headshots that were cohesive for the new visual look.
